Fabulous vintage designer Etienne Aigner piece is a cross between a Burmuda bag and a pouch style purse. Supple leather is gathered onto wooden handles that open and close on hinges. Soft sides and a rectangular base form a rather triangular shape. Large metal “A” logo sits at an angle in the left, bottom corner of the purse’s front. Signature burgundy color and designer lining. Exterior is darker burgundy than my photos show. Very, very cool! This is 9 ¼ inches to the top of the handles; rectangular base measures 8 ½ inches by 5 inches. In excellent condition; very, very nice. See less

Too chic little vintage 40’s or 50’s tooled leather flower design handbag. Unique metal handles are covered in thinner metal spirals. Base of purse is an elongated oval, sides angle in and meet at the top in an arched shape. Darker brown lacing at all edges. Interior is one large, open compartment which appears to be ostrich leather. Base has embossed BMA monogram. A truly fabulous, high-quality handbag! The base measures 6 1/4 inches by 3 3/8 inches. Purse is 8 1/2 inches high by 9 1/2 inches across the top edge. Handles add another 2 1/2 inches in height. No content or makers marks at all. Purse is in excellent condition, I can’t find any broken lacing. See less

Chic little vintage one-strap corde purse in the darkest of navy blues, almost black. Purse has angled flap that closes with a large metal snap. Handle crosses over the top of the purse and pivots on a very cool decorative metal hinge which adorns the front. Single compartment interior with one pocket. Side gussets and interior are much lighter blue than the corde. Gussets appear to have discolored somewhat over the years and have picked up a reddish hue. Styled by Gold Seal Accessories of Montreal, Canada. This is a tiny little thing measuring only 5 1/2 inches high and 7 1/2 inches wide at the base. Just too darling! Apart from the discoloration on the sides there are also some minor stains in the interior. Otherwise in very good condition, the corde is nice and clean, without any fraying. See less

Top edge is trimmed in brown leather, silver turnlock clasp closure. Single handle is formed of two round leather pieces sewn to pivoting “D” rings. Interior is lined with a sweet aqua, gold and brown medallion print. Large open compartment is divided down the center by a clear plastic metal zippered compartment. One fabric pocket. Four small metal feet and 2 leather straps on the base. Hand made in the Crown Colony of Hong Kong. This measures 8 inches high not including the handle, 15 inches with the handle and 12 3/4 inches at its widest. This looks great in the pictures but is not really in the excellent condition upon which I usually insist. There is some staining to the exterior and holes in the bottom of the lining where the fabric rubbed up against the metal holding the little feet in place. Zipper is missing the... See less

Fabulous vintage 1960’s mod bright yellow women’s wallet. Smooth, glossy exterior; interior has animal hide texture. Exterior closes with a metal snap located on an uber-cool rounded tab-sort-of thingy. White topstitching details. Interior has two sections for change which are separated by a clear vinyl piece and close with a triple kiss lock clasp. One metal zippered compartment and two pockets for cash or a checkbook. Change section has a metal-ringed grommet from which to hang a keychain. Interior and edges form a dramatic contrast in black. Very cool. No tags. This measures just under 8 inches long and a little over 4 inches high. One small break in the stitching and a bit of tarnish on the snap closure, not noticeable. This really looks as if it was barely used, nice and clean. See less

This little bag measures 5 7/8 inches tall not included the handles, 11 inches high including the handles. The base is 7 inches long by 3 1/4 inches deep. Big enough to hold the essentials. Made by Supreme, a high quality bag. There is some loss of color on the metal rings from which the handles hang and on the bottom of the feet. Some minor red pen marks on the bag interior. Fabulous vintage steel bead purse. Hard to pinpoint the exact age, could be anywhere from late Victorian to 1920’s. Body of purse is very finely knit, steel beads are worked in graduated rows starting with one bead at the top increasing all the way down to 7 beads wide at the bottom. Solid band of beads at the top edges. Overall effect is that of a scallop or clam shell shape. Top edge has rings that carry the chain handle. Handle can be short and worn on wrist or longer to be used as a handbag. Lovingly handmade, this is a one of a kind item. Very heavy for its size. This measures 7 ½ inches wide at the base and about 5 inches high without the handle. There are maybe 3 or 4 beads that have the tiniest bit of rust on them. No missing beads or breaks in the knit body. Completely intact except for the silk lining which has shattered. Excellent condition and truly gorgeous. See less

Hinged frame opens wide to reveal an interior lined with the most crazy gorgeous suede; light tan and so, so buttery. One metal zippered interior pocket. Original tissue paper in interior. Super high quality purse. The letters EHB are stamped in the interior, possibly the owner's monogram? One small storage scuff on the back that can only be seen at certain angles. This ensures that the strap is always at the back of the purse when its opened. Bar over the back of the frame has scalloped caps on the ends. One interior pocket. Lined in golden faille. Very unusual; so unusual I'm not sure what to call it exactly... This appears to be a "Boat Accessory" from the 1950's. Story goes that this was probably made to match some proud owner's prize cruiser and then given as a token of affection to the "little women" (maybe as a bribe?). What she used it for after that is anybody's guess. Most likely to carry goodies aboard the boat or maybe as a purse to make all her boating friends envious. That's the story anyway, but who knows... Cooler-than-cool, no matter what YOU decide to use it for. Would be handy on a boat though, as it would float if it fell overboard. Body and lid are made of wood. Sides are painted off white. This measures a full 15 1/2 inches wide, 7 inches high without the handle, 12 inches with. No labels or tags of any kind. This bag has a few issues. Some yellowing to the vinyl at the base, some undone stitching and tarnish on the hardware. Still in very usable condition and way too cute to take out for a spin. What you'd expect from D & B... high quality textured saddle-colored leather, embossed oval duck logo on purse front and hanging metal "All Weather Leather" tag on handle. What's less expected is the tiny little size. Only 7 x 5 1/2 x 2 3/4. Extra long, thin shoulder strap. Lightly distressed, showing just enough signs of use to verify authentic Eighty's awesomeness. Some ink and other markings on the purse's suede interior, fabric tag on left side interior has seen better days. Body and overall structure of this hard-to-find style are in very good condition overall. Lovingly worn in but still raring to go. Darling little bag that's dark brown but can look off-black depending on the light. Very interesting design details on this one. The pouch shape is formed by gathering the purse into an elongated oval that forms the purse bottom. Frame dips down in the center under the kisslock. Handle is attached to rectangular rings that sit out from the purse frame in a fixed position. They do not pivot up. The rings are positioned on either side of the frame, one in the front and one in the back; so that the handle crosses over the purse diagonally when the purse is opened. Exterior fabric is most likely wool. Interior is lined in brown satin and has 3 little pockets. One pocket still holds a small plastic comb that may or not be original to the purse. Marked "Bag by.... Josef" and has an additional store label that reads "Rella Cleveland". This measures 8 3/4 inches across the widest part, 5 inches from the highest part of the frame to the base and about 5 inches deep at the center of the base.... See less
