I have been searching for a unique piece (not made of wood or glass) for my living room, and was excited to come across this coffee table from cb2. It fits perfectly in my small room, and looks warm and modern. Even with the pieces being hollowed out, it is a heavy and sturdy table (130 pounds !) Pretty easy to put together, but definitely needed 2 people. I agree with a previous reviewer and am only giving 4 stars because, for being an "eco-friendly" product, there was packaging overload... but I don't know how the table would have arrived safely any other way. Overall, I love it ! See less

They estimate that eight recycled milk jugs go into each pound of a Loll Adirondack Chair, which is also 100% recyclable. But this material goes beyond the eco-conscious. Its durability is proven: Before creating outdoor furnishings, the team at Loll used the same material to create skateboard parks. They began up-cycling this material into other objects, and the Adirondack Collection was born. This material is fade-resistant, waterproof and maintenance free. I placed some of my fav. hand-painted vases on top of it and they look really nice and artistic. It got to us ( in NYC) in less than two weeks and the third party carrier company was very kind to call us both the day before and on the delivery day to make sure someone can sign/inspect it upon receipt.
