Flashback over a culinary career, understand that Jill handcrafts every piece of Jill.i, jewelry and the quote begins to flesh with a passion for creativity. I sometimes think of all the creme brulees I have caramelized in my past. Now my blowtorch is used to make necklace, earrings, and bracelets. Born in Allentown, Pennsylvania, before taking fire to French desserts and 14k gold, Jill's first love was fashion. "I think it's in my blood," says Jill. My grandmother was a seamstress and my mother was a phenomenal sewer as well. There was always fabric around to play with. Her passion for fabric was sidetracked by culinary school, which led to Jill working in the restaurant industry on both left and east coasts.
