Although light beer has its place, we have always felt that some of the most interesting beers are those that push the limits in terms of flavor and strength, yet still retain the vital balance between the sweetness of the malt, bitterness of the hops, and the heat of the alcohol. Guillermo's Imperial Pilsner, with rich flavors of German malt, American corn, European hops, and a touch of alcoholic authority, is our version of what a serious Mexican beer should be. An ideal early evening beer, to be slowly consumed after the workday is done.
