F isn’t just a letter, it’s a statement. And the LF-A Roadster is our boldest statement yet. Based on the LF-A concept unveiled over two years ago, we’ve removed the top to create a high-performance roadster — and put the world of exotic supercars on notice. Integrating racing-inspired DNA with sculpted curves and fluid lines, this two-seater is the perfect expression of what a high-performance sports car can and should be. Feel free to open one up.
The F indicates the LF-A’s status as part of the new F marque. These vehicles come from a special program within Lexus that falls outside of our normal engineering and development. The shape of the F logo was inspired by the turns of the Fuji Speedway, our home circuit. And it ushers in a new era of high performance for Lexus.
