This particular Hello Kitty Cooker uses the steam method for cooking foods -- this means you cook your foods over boiling water without direct contact. This method keeps the foods' texture, shape, and nutritional value intact relatively better than other methods. You can cook foods like rice, eggs, meat, vegetables, etc. Each type of food has a different cooking time -- make sure you check with your parents before starting. The inner ceramic container can hold up to 1.5 L. The lid is made of a heavy-duty glass which can withstand very high temperatures.
