KG NY, the web site of New York City chef Kurt Gutenbrunner and his restaurants Wallse, Blaue Gans and Cafe Sabarsky.

I've only been to Cafe Sabarsky (@ the Neue) but I've been trying to get someone to try either Wallse or Blaue Gans with me forever.

Next time I'm in town, let's go! :)I used to be a member of the Neue and had Sabarsky food at the opening cocktail receptions and Christmas party. What I had was good. :)

Definitely!I have a Lauder pass for the museums so I don't get invited to the awesome parties. I'm so jealous!

Good food, plus kind of neat-o because Paul Castellano (head of the Gambino crime family) was shot outside on orders from John Gotti.
