This beautiful jabot features lace ruffles instead of lace laid over top of fabric ruffles.. truly a wonderful piece, lighter and more compact looking than some of the other Jabots featured in this store. The lace is black with a silver/white flower pattern weaved throughout it. The neck band is made out of a black cotton brocade, which harmonizes well with the lace. It will work for either a man or woman, this fashion statement is not restricted to any one gender. From the top of the neck band to the bottom ruffle it measures 11 inches. The neck band measures 18 inches long. For no extra charge, upon purchasing this item, please send me the measurements of the circumference of your neck and I will sew the buttons on to your size. (If you're planing on wearing this over a shirt collar, please send me the measurements of your neck while wearing the shirt collar on so that the neck band is not too tight. AND it's perfectly adorable!! it buttons around your neck with three black satin covered buttons. the result is exceptional, a victorian high neck collar, very goth!! I crocheted it all around with a dark, rich black cotton, in a lacey stich, to give a nice contrasting tuch. The scarf measures 4" by 18" (10cm by 45cm). contact me for any question.
