I have PCOS and know that this increases one’s risk for the disease and I’m also about 60 pounds over weight…though I’m working hard to get rid of those! Anyways I experience many of the symptoms like blurry vision, amazing hunger and the crash afterwards. It took a lot of work until I started paying attention to the glycemic index of the foods I was eating. And hey - I happen to like a lot of the low glycemic foods.
