I'm trying to use the Jabber client in Miranda for Google Talk. I've got the latest version of Miranda, 0.4.0.3, and have configured it as per the instructions on the Google site (http://www.google.com/support/talk/b...85&topic=1415), but I get an error message saying "the connection requires an OpenSSL library, which is not installed" when I try to connect. I made sure to install the full version of Miranda, so I know it's not that. It's not a problem with my google account, because I can use Google's own client. I've searched before for OpenSSL library in the support and addons pages, but haven't come up with any plugins or anything. At the moment (16.04.06, 21.30GMT), the Addons pages appear to be down. (Checked my connection, other pages etc, it's only that page that times out. Anyone got any advice as to how to fix this? Where do I get hold of an OpenSSL Library? See less
