This adorable bangle bracelet set is inspired by the everyday craft elements that I constantly use: fabric, yarn, plastic and vintage buttons. Each element has been carefully wrapped and secured around a metal wire interior to hold the bangle's shape. The elements were chosen from discarded craft leftovers from my designs - a piece of fabric too small to use, a bit of yarn too short, a strip of plastic leftover from my fused plastic pieces. The result is a beautiful combination of elements in an upcycled accessory! This particular set includes one textile fabric bangle wrapped in green and white printed cotton material with a unique yellow cutout flower vintage button sewn on with green thread, a teal yarn wrapped bangle with a unique white star vintage button, and a yellow (retail bag) wrapped bangle with a lime green "Reebok" button. It is just right to wear all day as an accessory to your otherwise ordinary day. The corsage is a rose with leaf attached to a gold-plated pin. Knit in the same wool blend as the scarf, the bloom is cherry pink and the leaf is a pale rose. Of course you noticed the pink polka dot fabric covered button bringing the fun to this charming piece. You can attach this rose anywhere along the length of this scarf or of course to your jacket, shirt or ponytail. It brings a giggle. The length of the scarf is 63 inches, width is 2 1/2 inches. Inspired by that image, I stitched this bag that doesn't require any sophistication on anyone's part, but does require a sunny attitude, otherwise the flower will wilt. Measuring 11 inches high by 10 wide, it has a 14 inch shoulder drop. The bag is lined in a medium weight twill, and interlined with quiltweight facing for durability and form.
