Help Us Help Survivors The Emancipation Network empowers people whose lives have been shattered by slavery, or who are at extremely high risk of being trafficked. We sell fair trade handicraft products made by survivors, which gives them income, a new identity, and hope - helping them to build free, safe, independent lives. Most people do not know that there are more people living in slavery today than at any time in history. This is not just a problem in the developing world, the US government estimates that from 15,000-17,000 slaves are trafficked into the US each year. People can't help stop slavery if they don't know it still exists.
