Shimmering smooth black silk highlighted with a richly colored border and headpiece makes this sari both simple and elegant. The black silk has a smooth sheen that shimmers with every move. Multicolored flowers in pale orange, blue-gray, muted green, and burnt orange wind across the 3" border. The same flowers, on a larger scale, create an eye-catching headpiece that contrasts beautifully with the solid black silk of the sari. A matching cotton fall has been hand-sewn into the hem to increase the life of the sari and improve the way it drapes. The fully lined matching choli is a rich burnt-orange that matches the border and headpiece. It is size medium, but designed so it can be tailored up to a large or down to a small. Lightly shaped, with button-front closure. This sari was hand-selected by our buyer in India. One of a kind, 100% silk. Hand wash, or machine wash on the delicate cycle, and hang dry.
