This particular design, with its luxuriant use of rich fabric, falling in to ripples and folds when worn, was originally inspired by the work of Vivienne Westwood and, as such, is known as, "The Vivienne". Here, a beautiful handwoven, unbrushed mohair, blue and brown tweed has been combined with a fabulous grey and brown handwoven pure wool. Both these tweeds are produced in a small family run mill in Scotland in small batches, and are of the most exceptional quality. The unbrushed mohair adds an interesting textural contrast and this, combined with the butterscotch toned chain handle, just screams luxury. The heavy weight cotton lining is printed with a stylized seagull design and ensures the bag is as hard-wearing as it is beautiful. Measuring approx. 14" x 18", the "Vivienne" is a substantial, fashionably over-sized bag with a totally on trend shoulder strap.
