Create content about what you love. If you try to write about something that you do not enjoy you will run out of steam quickly. Especially when it gets a bit tough and you get discouraged at the lack of readership in the first few months. The truth is that if you write about something you are passionate about, then building your website will never be a chore. In addition, readers can sense the authenticity that only comes from someone who truly knows and loves the subject matter they are writing about. So if you want to be in this internet thing for the long haul then for your sake please pick a topic that you love. The truth is that there are no legitimate shortcuts to success.
