Although Russian is the most complicated of those 3, by learning it you get basic knowledge to all slavic languages like Polish, Ukrainian, Slovac, etc. Although Irish and Welsh sound more romantic :)

Russian is a fun language to learn. 33 new characters with some similar sounds to english letters. I enjoyed learning the language a great deal.
The other two are cool, but this one could really come in handy in places where English just ain't an option.
Russian is cool because of all the literature, but I would pick Chinese instead so you can order properly at the dim sum place.
having cyrillic letters, i'd pick this interesting language
