If you drink coffee daily it lasts about 3 months. Supersmile was a few weeks short of that.

Just finished my first week-long treatment about 2 months ago, and so far so good. I definitely see an improvement (and that is hard to find for a smoker and tea-drinker). Use the touch-up in between treatments. They say treatments can be done every 6 months or so.

Here's a tip if you don't want to spend the money: people are selling the samples on eBay for a lot cheaper!

wasnt a big fan of these... try something called plus white toothpaste, i found it in rite aid. its amazing!

it works too... at least for me. i think there may be mixed feelings about it on here.

Better than paying $400 to have my teeth bleached at a dentist's office.
