Geode of Amethyst crystals surrounded by thin bands of rust, brown, tan and grey Agate. From Uruguay. About 3.5 x 3.25 x 1.5 inches. Geodes are rocks which contain a hollow cavity lined with crystals. Geodes begin as bubbles in volcanic rock or as organic material buried during the formation of sedimentary rock. Over time, the outer shell of the geode hardens, and mineral rich water precipitates crystal growth on the inside walls of the hollow cavity within the geode. The cave-like center holds energy and releases it slowly. Place small objects inside a geode to purify and energize. Geodes have the energy patterns that support fertility, creativity, meditation, protection, and grounding. They can be used to improve creativity, and bring harmony and intellectual insight. They are wonderful for protection, and help establish and enhance your connection with Pachamama (Mother Earth/Time/Cosmos). Geodes help to bring visions and altered states of consciousness and aid in spiritual growth and can assist you during journeying and meditation. Geodes are the Heart of Pachamama (Mother Earth/Time/Cosmos). Their energy connects you directly to the power and substance of Pachamama. Amethyst is a stone of spirituality and contentment. Amethyst bestows stability, strength, invigoration, and peace, the peace being the perfect peace which was present prior to birth.
