The telephone service reps are illiterate and provide terrible customer service!!!!!Their size charts are incorrect and a shoe I ordered did not fit. I was told that I could not return it to the warehouse myself - despite the fact that I lived only 30 miles away. I was told that an exchange would be made only after I PAID to return the item via mail. After waiting nearly a WEEK and still not recieving a follow up from anyone in the office, I finally spoke to Wayne - a rude and disrespectful representative of the company - who would not answer any question I had. Wayne, instead, gave me repeated script read responses. After insisting several times to speak to someone else I was put on hold and transeferred to Duke. Who told me the only way I could get the item in the correct size was to reorder it online. I insisted that a credit for the returned item be applied prior to check out and that the credit include the tax and shipping that I already paid. Duke rudely laughed and told me that I would not get that because, "everyone has to pay their taxes".
