When we find something like this, it puts all our travels - airports, tiny hotels, wild cab rides, villages, workshops, back roads, Eastern European cars, rickshaws, and whatever else - in perspective. Incredible. And they're just as grand sitting here in our office as they are in this photograph, even without the oranges. Truly architectural, with a sculptural integrity and scale that will stand the test of time in any room, in anyone's "orangerie," on any terrace, anywhere. And the zinc. Ahh. Already weathered to a deep, rich matte grey, it will only get better with age. The table has a thick zinc skin formed over a steel base. The zinc will never rust, but the steel will if it's left outside in standing water. On a well-drained terrace it will be fine. The planters will hold up forever, indoors or out. (An additional $150 surcharge, per item will be added for extra S&H during processing. This extra charge will show up on your shipping total.) (Due to size and weight, this item will ship differently than most of our other products. Please be sure that you check for any damages or defects before signing that you accept the package.
