I completely agree with you on this. I purchased a up800 cash register from primemark on 21st feb '08 and have still not recieved it. I have called them every week but to no avail. They have now promised a delivery for next monday with a 10% discount and some free stuff. I will see what happens but if it doesn't show on monday then i will be reporting them to trading standards and taking them to court. Primemark is one of the worst internet shopping website I have come across. We bought an item on the 18th February which was not delivered to us as promised. We did not get our money back, It is almost 30 days since we have cancelled the order. Communication is 0 from this company. We have to contact them everytime for our money.
