This is the sheep's version of Leonardo DaVinci's Vitruvian Man - you'll notice the sixpack has disappeard to be replaced with a tummy of fluff...much cuter this way...DaVinci is my hero of artists - so this was my tribute to him

This is a landscaped painting in acrylics that I just finished - it's reminiscent of Provence, France - I love lavender and France was always my favorite destination, so I often incorporate that in my landscape paintings. It's a bit of a break from my Sheep Incognito Series I've been working on - let's just say the sheep are having a cud chewing break for a moment...

Reclaiming Dignity is a painting I did - slightly insulted sheep, trying to make things better for itsself by glueing her wool back on...Of course, being the sheep with the crown, this is also a slightly political painting of mine, mainly based on some current or past events in politics...

This is still one of my favorites - the A(u)nt Eater... slightly evil, but it looks sooo harmless...

this is one of my latest paintings out of the slightly political series - but it also works just as a "sheepish moment in time". So even though it was created based on past/current/future political happenings, it also works on it's own as a humorous piece. Hope you like it!

This is a favorite of many of my customers - if they were trying their best to keep a straight face in the booth, this one usually has them giggling hysterically...

Comments from Patrons: "is that a Mardi Gras sheep?" and "Oh, look, a native american sheep!" Nope, none of those....just a sheep with Bird Flu...

one of my favorite titles

This is a very recent piece i painted - the paint is still drying on it.

Dinner for Two is a bit of a breakout from my usual style - i first thought i'd add a baby lamb on the right side, but decided it really wouldn't do much for the painting at all. I kept the contrast in the sheep at a medium level, so i could punch up the contrast in the grass they are munching, since i wanted that to be the focal point.

Remember the bird flu hysteria? This one was painted right around that time, when everybody was terrorized by being terrified. This sheep was just joining the fun for the fun of it...

The Great Pretender was painted after the last election - when conspiracy theorists were going wild about the stolen election, etc.. Though i guess it could apply to pretty much any situation of corporate dictatorship as well - i've seen plenty of that over the years... Most people don't see the political commentary in it, whic is probably just as well. I've thought of changing the title, but that would change the painting's purpose and deny the reason i painted it in the first place. So the Great Pretender it is...the blues in the background are really vibrant, almost glowing.

This one ALWAYS gets the best reactions at shows - even the sternest patrons break into giggles when they hear the title, i usually let them guess what it is...i've always wanted to use that phrase somehow, but this was a way of doing it, without using the obvious. I had fun with it. I think i like the donkey better than the sheep on it, he turned out exactly like i wanted him to, yay.

this is one of my favorites - if it doesn't sell, it will go in my new studio. This one was painted in two sessions with acrylics, because it had to be ready for the Craftsmen's Classics show in Columbia on time. My favorite part is the Pox News logo - P's look a lot like F's when they're painted...
