Found these while browsing on Kaboodle and just picked one up at babystyle yesterday. If these do what they say they do (i.e., let me wear my pre-pregnancy jeans throughout at least the first and second trimesters), I will be happy beyond words.

I just got one of these and I love it... have worn it every day so far. I actually got a size larger than recommended and it totally conceals my unbuttoned unzipped jeans and skirts... and I haven't had to buy any maternity wear at all yet! (I'm at almost 6 mos)

These are available at many maternity stores as well.
