The best stomach exercise has got to be the jack knife. For this exercise you lie on the ground with a mat under you. Lie with you arms extended behind you head and your legs fully extended. Now lift your legs and arms off the ground so that you touch your feet to your hands. Do as many reps as you can, then do the same movement but this time bend your knees, this is an easy version of the jack knife. Now try to do some twisting action for your obliques to increase the difficulty. The more challenging the exercise the more benifits it will have for you. Don't add weight to your stomach exercise becuase it will add bulk to your abs and make you look fat or bloated. Also use momentum to help you do more reps. The stomach or core is made up of more than just abs. There is you hips, abs, obliques ( side abs), transverse abs ( inner abs), and lower back. So this means that you want to choice a stomach exercise like the Jake Knife to stimulate your entire stomach and core, so that you get results faster with less work. Now you know how to really look at you stomach or core as one, not just abs. Challenge yourslef and do you stomach exercises at least 3 times a week. You should see great results each time you workout. Have a good workout. If you need to loss some weight check out this good blog for The Case Against Weight Loss Dieting
