Its the most wearable. It could be really dressy or more casual depending on what you wear it with.

This one can really be dressed up or down, which is the hallmark of the little black dress. The others are taffeta, which I think only lends itself to dressing UP. You could make the cotton one appropriate for business with a jacket, or casual fun with a pretty cardigan, or fancy with flashy jewelry. Plus, it looks more "girl-next-door-all-grown-up" than the others, which is always sexy to guys.
