Barcelona is the first stop and thanks to the collaboration between Camper and a multi-disciplinarian creative team of the city, a new and 100% urban collection has been born representing the spirit of Barcelona. Locus BCN is inspired by the “Street” culture and the skaters, with a purified style and functional details like elastics, non-skid sole….it becomes all the more attractive. It’s flexible and light thanks to its construction, and is full of special features dedicated to Barcelona. The insole represents the design found on the pavement of many of the streets in the city. The non-skid sole, represents water waves, inspired by the Mediterranean Sea, and over these waves a map of Barcelona on one foot and on the other, a text written in Catalan and English: “Caminem. On t’agradaria anar avui?” and “Let’s Walk. Where would you like to go today?” Details that belong to the unique Camper philosophy and sense of humour.
