Being a vegetarian, it's hard to find good tasting ice cream that is free of gelatin, even a little bit annoys me. Now, I can make my own and ask people to criticize my creations. Soy sauce stir fried vegetable ice cream anyone?

This thing is great. What a fun way to make ice cream. It makes 2-3 servings, and it makes it well. Just bat the ball back and forth for 10-15 minutes, and you've got great ice cream!
