do all the editing on your computer, becuase a bulging purse or pocket just dose not look good
it will probably still fit in your purse and is cheaper and since it has the features too I'd definitely go with this one.
if you don't BRING the camera then you don't get anything. But if your a serious photog'r get the one with the features you want.
Get the Canon. If you buy the smaller one, you'll be wishing you had bought the one with all the features you originally wanted. You won't be disappointed.
Canon! alway Canon ;) The powershot A- series are very nice, you can do so much with these cams (I have a Powershot of my own)
I love having a camera everywhere I go.... I hardly ever use my bigger camera because of the bulkiness
My brother and dad have this cam and it's fantastic. I would recommend buying two: a more professional one for cooler shots and a simpler one to slip in your purse.
As much as I hate to admit it, I bought a Canon Digital Rebel thinking I'd take more pictures that are higher quality. . . and it just sits around in my office. The size is such a hassle that I would opt for a smaller model most days.
I think Canon is a good safe buy. Its surely a very good camera. Im just not familiar with other manufacturer.
I always go for compact (I wouldn't bring it along otherwise) and I absolutely love Canon. I've never tried the A series though. What are you going to be using it for?
I bought a bigger camera (canon powershot S2IS) and love the features, but find myself using this same one my fiance has instead since i don't like lugging around the larger camera. takes nearly as good pics, but more more usable!
Compact cameras are always good for when you are on the go. And the bigger ones are really high tech so you should know how to use what you are buying first!!!
Get the one you want, but for what it's worth Consumer Report says Canon makes the best camera for the money.
