We currently use rigid plastic plates that we re-wash and re-use for parties. But these would prevent people from throwing them away and us having to dig them out of the trash at the end of the night to salvage them....plus, it would class up the parties a bit more. It's hard to have an elegant Xmas or New Year's party with plasticware.
