where can i buy parts for this fireplace example the window

This stove is absolutely great. We purchased it at Lowes and I installed it myself. We have about an 1980 sq ft. 2 story home in NW Arkansas. All the rooms in the house stay about 70 to 75 degrees depending on how hot you get the room with the stove in it. Usually about 80 degrees is as hot as I like it in the great room where the stove is. The stove is located in a recently built single story addition on the west side of the original 2 story house. It is located in a corner on the farest end of the room. All I can say is if you want a great stove for looks and heating this is a definate buy. If you are not too familiar with stoves, join the crowd. It takes a little while to figure out just how to set the damper, etc. so you can maximize the heat transfer. I am still getting use to it myself. This is our first fall/winter (2007) with any wood stove. We haven't turned the electric heat on yet and it's going on the 2nd week of December. We should cut our electric bill in half if not more. I promise this stove will pay for itself in 2 years for sure!! Instead of an average $225 to $295 a month fall/winter electric bill ours should only be about $100 to $150 through out the entire winter. So think about it, if you save $100 a month on your electric bill for the months of Nov. Dec. Jan. Feb. and March thats $500 and the 2nd year the same amount the stove has paid for itself including all the chimney pipe, wall or ceiling kit, stove pipe, underlayment, and probably 4 or 5 rick of wood. This stove does everything the spec sheet says it will do. We love this stove and we especially love saving the money. It's nice to be able to save money around the Thanksgiving and Christmas times too, makes it all the greater!!!
