Reviewed By: on 8/18/2007 Tech Level: high - Ownership: 1 week to 1 month Pros: I am really please with this memory. I have never used Crucial's products, but I am glad I gave this ram a try. It's wicked fast, and it stays at a decent temperature as well. I went ahead and purchased 2 sets of these! They are running solid on my EVGA 680sli mobo. Excellent gaming memory as well! Cons: My motherboard clocked these sticks at 5-5-5-15. I just went into BIOS and changed them to their 4-4-4-12 timings. Other Thoughts: Also alot of people are saying that these sticks are frying, or over heating. My motherboard (by default) gave these sticks 2.2v which is way too much by default! The manufacturer recommended voltage is 1.9 - 2.1. So if you buy this memory then make sure to change the voltage (or get some heavy duty ramsinks) if you don't want these dying on you within a month. 1 out of 1 people found this review helpful.
