SCAM and lousy product. Save your self the dollars and the hassle and pick up similar items at Walmart, Target or even your local supermarket. I have several of Rodney Yee's yoga workout and they are better workouts and better video. What you get is something that looks like it was made in a back alley. I cancelled and yes you have to stick to your guns, my cc company is investigating and I think I am going to contact my local TV station for their consumer be aware segments. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRODUCT unless you have a grand you can throw out.

DO NOT BUY!!! This is a scam. I bought it online, they sent me an email thanking me for my purchase and then another email when they shipped. THEN, a month later I get another box in the mail and a charge on my account. No email notifying me that they were going to charge me or ship me any product, and NO INVOICE in the box. I had to check my checking account to see that I was charged by them on the 5th of March! So I call in, and they tell me that they wouldn't be able to refund the shipping which is $7 and that I would have to pay to have it shipped back! I don't know where I can have this box shipped back for $7! This is a mess, and lesson learned! I am going to keep the damn tape and not purchase anything from an infomercial again!

Crunchless Abs is the most serious program I have used. Like all of the programs if you don't actually follow it - it doesnt do much good!My favorite part of the approach was that you can really get so much out of it in a few short sessions. I am not sure guys can handle it - but my girlfriends and I had no trouble. We were laughing the whole time!

Love it!!!

Here is the fine print you dont notice when you are purchasing the product: Crunchless Abs Kit (DVD) Kit Inludes: Crunchless Abs 1, 2, & 3 on DVD & Linda LaRue's Souper Slim Meal Plan. Starting in 30 days, and then every other month, you’ll receive two new workouts at a special reserved price of $19.99 per month plus $6.99 shipping and handling, charged to the same credit card you are using today. You can cancel at any time by calling customer service, and Linda’s DVDs come with our 30-day money back guarantee WHAT? It turns out there is no way to order the product without signing up for this membership that costs you $19.99 plus $6.99 a month...sneaky, sneaky. Here is what you do: As soon as your order is processed (takes about 48 hours after placing the order), call customer service at this number: 1-800-901-6623. Tell them you dont want the "Continuation of service" for $19.95 a month. They will try to talk you into it so be firm : ) If you take care of it right away you wont have to deal with the unexpected charges on your card later.

I've been the victim of a fraudulent internet company. Bogus phone numbers, etc... You could NOT call to cancel. Every month, twice a month, my card company has to return the charges, and refund the money to me, after I submit an affidavit and proof that I continue trying to contact the company. The monthly shipments/cancellation terms were not attached to the order page. That being said. After reading these comments, I was hesitant, to say the least. I went to the crunchless ab website, and added the dvd to my cart, and clear as day, it says I will receive those items, and subsequent shipments every 30 days, if I do not cancel. That is not a scam, and that is not fraud. That is the person purchasing neglecting to read what is right in front of their faces. No offense meant ... but until you experience actual fraud, you shouldn't freely accuse a company of a scam when it's not their fault you didn't read what you were getting.

I would recommend Crunchless Abs to anyone who wants to strengthen and tone their abs. I love the workouts - they're really accessible to most fitness levels (maybe all!) and are short enough to fit into even a busy day. I also had a really good experience with the customer service department. When I called to cancel the continuation service, they were professional and quick. It's more than worth the purchase price.

I'm not sure about the money charges yet, I just purchased the VHS tape. I can tell you I have had a knee injury and right out of the box their very first move killed my left knee. Also if you have had any shoulder injury watch out-lots of the moves put a lot of pressure on the scapulas. I've felt more burn with Tamilee Webb or John Basedow's videos than I have here. As a certified Pilates instructor I found this tape to be a little dangerous for someone who's been injured.

I too go ripped off on the scam. I "Added to Cart" a product for $12.99. then went to the checkout page to fill in billing and shipping info. What I did not notice is that in between ordering and paying, -- Voila! -- the product I had ordered became different -- a monthly trial program, described in very fine print at the top of the page. Had I read all the fine print, I would have seen the problem of course, but in all my years of ordering on-line, I have never seen a bait-and-switch scheme like this. Unfortunately, shortly after that, I was diagnosed with breast cancer, which I am continuing to fight, and my husband took over the bills and mail, faithfully paying the bill each month, and setting aside the DVDs for me, never realizing that I had never agreed to join this program. So now they have over $100 of my money that I must either forfeit, or try to recoup at a time when I don't need one more headache. There are many great exercise programs out there -- do everyone a favor and GO SOMEWHERE ELSE to buy -- even if you can sidestep the bait-and-switch, it is good to avoid these kinds of companies on principle alone. Beware!

BUYER BEWARE! RIP OFF WARNING! Yet another scam site where you purchase one $9.99 deal that becomes a $27 per month charge to your credit card! The shipping and "handling" fees are just the first rip off... then when the 2nd $27 charge showed up on my credit card I called to request they fix their error and was told by a woman who called herself "Genesis" that they would cancel my Continuous Program... which I never ordered requested or authorized payment for! Now, as the others have written here, I have to go through disputing the charges with the credit card company. BEWARE!

DO NOT BUY THIS CRAP. I bought this for my wife off the website and they have charged my card an additional $80.00 for things I did not order or get. Now I am arguing with them to get my money back. When I asked to speak to a supervisor, they will not let me. This is nothing but a scam. I would love to contact Linda Larue and tell her about her company's business practices. THEY ARE CROOKS. Thanks

DO NOT BUY FROM CRUNCHLESS ABS!!! I ordered their special $10 three-pack of 10-minute workouts. While the workouts are fine, I was sent more things that I did not order about 5 weeks after ordering the initial DVDs. When I tried to call Crunchless Abs for help, I got a recording that they were "not in the office at this time." I had to contact my credit card company and dispute the charges with them. Because I did purchase the original DVDs, though, I am not sure my dispute will be accepted. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!! They are going to rip you off in the future!

I like it. I'm using it now and I really like the exercises with the resistance band. The ones with the chair are really hard. I can feel it burning in my abs! But that's still so much better than doing sit-ups!

This is just like any other Pilates DVD's they just are trying to make more money. Of course this is mostly for people that have hardly any body fat, because you do have to do cardio to burn the fat, plus strength training to help build the muscle and stretching like Pilates/yoga to stretch the muscle. It will always be the $9.99 for VHS and $12.99 for DVD, never will change. Shipping will be a killer, plus you'll be on their monthly service of receiving DVD's that look similar, for the charge of $19.99 a piece or more, plus if they sell you supplements, like any other companies. Like core fitness, yeah you might want to get off of it, but once you try, you won’t be able to get out of the mailings and the outrageous charges on your credit card, or your bank account. I don't think it is worth the hassle of even getting it on their site. I've read many reviews on such other products like this one, not so great. If a person really wants to know more about a product, wait a little while, search this on google.com and type this product in plus reviews. From past experiments, I know to always wait, and see what the reviews are on things; it might be another shapely secret’s, to where the picture sucks. Or it might be like, OMG I have other DVD's that are just like this, I wasted soooo much money on this. But if you want to just find out for yourself what will happen, go ahead. But I would just wait, if you go to a garage sell sometime, who knows you might just find it there. Or you could always buy from amazon.com or off of eBay. I'm soon to be a personal trainer, and I've talked to many people of all shapes and sizes. I have a lot of DVD's that I've tried out, and some work and some just don't work. I end up giving a lot of them to friends, and they feel the same way. But if you are head strong about this product, then wait for a while to get reviews from other people. Then decide from there. But don't get suckered in because of the person that is advertising it, they didn't get those abs just from this. No they are in gym for countless hours to achieve their look, do some research, unless you’re too busy, but if you do your research on these types of things, you'll be more knowledgeable. It's like, eat all you want and still loose weight, yeah, do your research it on. You'll find it out it's only a fiber pill. Get the hint, EAT MORE FIBER PEOPLE. You can't loose the weight and keep it off with pills, just wont happen. You need to get a gym membership, if you don't want one, get some weights, go jogging with friends, eat better, no junk food. Write down some goals that are not unrealistic, and track down what you eat and activities each day. Even though you don't want to, do it, and see what you've been doing, and go from there. Do something you enjoy doing for workouts, because if you don't enjoy it, then you just wont do it. This is just how I've seen things over the years, and months. I'm not top fitness myself, but who really wants to be, just be healthy, and that doesn't mean be as skin and bones like supermodels, they aren't healthy, anorexic, bulimic, not pretty. Once you are happy with your weight, tone up with weights, and stretching. Don't worry; women will not bulk up, like men. I've heard that complaint a lot, wont happen ladies, I'm a women to, strength training, running, did it for me and of course stretching. Just give it a chance, and see the results you get.

I wanted these for a long time and they make you think that your getting all three for the same price (the price of one). That's not how it works! They send you one and the other two they will send to you but, one at a time and for $19.95 a piece. I think that's how much they wanted it might have been more. Then they keep sending them till you cancel.
