Horrible! Don't waste your money on it! I got one from Walmart and it kept breaking and melting the brush roll. Only used it twice before it broke down. I fixed it, then it broke on the second use again - even worse than the first time. A friend of mine had a Dirtdevil vacuum that also shampooed the carpets - same situation, broke in no time!
