Hope you do not have a critical deadline - they won't meet it unless you pay the extortion fees ... I mean the "priority order fees". BUT the web site does LOOK great - just wait. TOO EARLY FOR GOOD JOB......Oh - and the reason the prices are so much less expensive .... well just check out the "quality" merchandise when you get it. Discount mugs sent us our shot glasses -with the same spelling mistake. After multiple emails and phone calls, they still refuse to replace the shot glasses unless we paid an additional $100. I would not recommend this company to anyone. An extra couple of dollars is better than a company that has a horrible customer service department and refuses to address issues that are their fault. This is a 'blank' item order, so if you do not want the order, you may return it at your cost, and we will issue an 'in store credit' for the order, which you may apply toward a different order for any item and at any time. We are sorry if someone inadvertantly informed you that this was a 'screw on' cap, however you placed the order yourself online, therefore we have no way to know whom you spoke to.." After I placed my order with DiscountMugs.com, I started to read all the horrible reviews and was really scared as to what would arrive. I have to say I am very happy with the product. I ordered 100 LED pens, 100 highlighters and 100 LED keychains with three lines of text. The color of the items were dark with the text in white. From the previous reviews people complained about the white being too thin, but I did not notice this. With the keychains, there are a few that came with some scratches on the text, but all in all, I am very satisfied. I think that the people who post are probably the ones who had problems, so don't be totally turned off. Maybe make a small order and decide for yourself before making a huge purchase.

i ordered from this company 2x....BIG MISTAKE! i should have learned my lesson the first time...the first order of pens i was not happy with it because the print on it was sooo small that you needed a magnifying glass to see it...when i notified the company about this, they said the size of the template prevented them from making it any bigger...even though i thought that was a cop-out, i accepted their explanation...decided to give them another chance, this time i looked at all of their pens and size of templates...chose the biggest one...when i got the order back a few days ago, i was disgusted! ALL OF MY INFO WAS ON ONE LINE! they said that is the way I submitted the info to them...UH...NO! There is no way to pull up the original page that I type the order info on... how convenient on their part...now they will not do anything aabout their screw-up...because it's never their fault!!! We ordered 300 pens with our logo printed in white on blue pens. We received the order on time. However, the pens are designed to be glue together, after printing apparently, and at least 28 out of the 300 were not glued or glued poorly. Several had globs of glue on the pen barrel itself, and a few had scratches in the finish of the pen barrel, extending into the metal itself.All 300 pens had poor printing quality, with weak ink coverage. Although printing a light cover over a dark color is difficult, I know it's possible, as my wife gave me a sample pen from another company where the white printed solidly and perfectly on blue. The printing on our pens allows the blue base to penetrate through the ink a bit.In a nod to DiscountMugs.com, ordering was easy, shipping was fast, and a response from their web-only customer service department was timely. However, their credit-only policy, especially considering the problems were their fault, is not acceptable.
