I would like to know why this bracelet cannot be bought,it was advertised in Seventeen as soon as I saw it I called about it in April which it was in Mays magazine the woman I spoke too said it wasn't out yet because it wasn't May try and order it in May which I am trying to do and cannot get any satisfaction.
