these sandals are probably the worst quality shoes i've ever purchased for $61. The straps are hardly made of leather (yes, maybe leather on top, but definitely made of PLASTIC on bottom) which means they do NOT stretch and conform to your feet as you wear them, but instead, are incredibly uncomfortable. also, the sole is a cheap, plastic coated cardboard with a thin gummy sole- meaning that you can practically feel the ground as you're walking on it. worst buy ever. too high priced for the quality you're getting. i just purchased a pair of QUALITY gladiator sandals here in rome for the same price (39 euros). i was expecting a lot more from dolce vita..
