This dress is made of a cotton blend fabric with a slight sheen to it, has an empire waist and zips in the back. ~ Measurements ~ Taken while garment is laying flat and doubled for bust, waist and hip Bust~ 32" Waist~ 20" Stretches to 32" Hip~ Free Length~ 52" Shoulder to hem Color~ Black & White Fabric~ Cotton Blend Tag~ None~ This dress was handmade Condition~ Very good~ A Few small (less than pencil eraser size) spots on skirt of dress and inside there is unfinished elastic in the waistband that is being held by a safety pin, This DOES NOT effect the wear ability or beauty of this dress ****************** QUESTIONS ******************* I am a friendly person so please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns. *************** PAYMENT ************************* Payment should be made immediately after purchase unless you contact me to hold an item. I hold items for a maximum of 5 days. *************** DOMESTIC SHIPPING **************** For jewelry I ship USPS First class. If you need it in a hurry please contact me. ~Shipping within the US for most clothing items is $6.50 + $2.00 for each additional item. All items are shipped USPS priority mail with delivery confirmation. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ PACKAGING ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I ship domestic single clothing items wrapped in tissue paper and shipped in a USPS Waterproof Tyvek envelope . I try to use the minimal amount of packaging possible to get your item to you safely with the least amount of environmental impact. Larger orders of clothing are Wrapped to be waterproof and shipped in a USPS Box. I like trees, so I also do not include an invoice unless requested. If you would like a printed invoice just ask in the notes to seller. ~I mail out on Mondays and Thursdays but if you need an item in a super big hurry just let me know and I will ship it out asap. ************* CANADIAN SHIPPING ***************** I ship most clothing items to Canada for a flat rate of $8 dollars. If it ends up costing a significant amount less I will give a refund. Household and heavier items vary. ************ INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING ************** International shipping for most clothing items is $12 + 2 for each additional item. International items are shipped first class mail unless you request and pay extra for priority mail. Household and heavier items will vary. **************** RETURNS ************************ I love happy customers so if something just isn't right I will accept a return postmarked within three days of you having received the item and in same condition sent. Returns are for store credits only and do not include the initial or return shipping costs. ************* MEASUREMENTS ********************** Measurements are taken while item is laying flat and doubled for bust, waist and hip. Please remember that vintage sizes differ from modern sizes. A great way to know if a vintage item will fit you correctly is to get an item of clothing you already own that you love the fit of, measure it and compare the measurements to those given. ************* CONDITION OF ITEMS ***************** Vintage items are almost always previously owned, used items. Only rarely will you find an item that has never been worn. I am proud to say that most items are in excellent to very good condition. Occasionally I sell items that have a flaw or two but are still really cool and wearable. Any flaws such as tears, frays, discolorations will be included in the item description. I am human though and will from time to time overlook something.
