This noir styled piece is created with new and vintage materials. Long tying ribbons allow you to wear this piece as an enticing wrist cuff or at the throat as a glamour ruff. Primarily hand sewn, it's created in black and old gold colors. It's noir vintage charm is paired with a modern fashionista style vibe. A gathered ruffle of black flat lace moves at the upper edge of the piece. Dupioni silk in old gold color, overlaid with vintage netting makes up the cuff wrist wrap. The netting is over-sewn with vintage sequins and jet beads. Four cutouts of sheer nylon black Venice lace dangle loosely over five softly gathered layers of gorgeous fabrics; sparkled gold net, black tulle, pleated sheer black organza and gold crystal mini tulle. The top layer is scallop bottom vintage netting decorated with sequins and jet. An antiqued metal stamping nestles in a rosette of vintage black chenille dot veiling on the gold dupioni. Three vintage square crystal rhinestone buttons centered on the metal stamping completes this piece of frou-frou. Black ribbons tie gracefully under the wrist or at the nape of the neck.
