I didn't like this at first, seemed a little small for my eyes and crimped them, but then I got the feel of this and I've had mine for about 6.5 years, and it's still in good condition. P.S. pretty much *any* pad refills work with this; if not, just trim the pad and it will fit -- and your eyes will be substantially healthier!
