Actually, it's a tie between the second and third one. But I think that the third one is more romantic.
I like the drape of this one as well as the neckline. I can see this one with ivy and daisies and barefeet and lots of "English Garden" or Tropical flowers.

This one has more of a laid back, summer-y feel to it, and more detail than the other halter dress. I don't prefer strapless dresses because all too often, I see the one wearing it pulling it up every 5 minutes! You whoever wears this to be comfortable, right? ;-)
