"I purchased this item as a Christmas Gift for my son, who is a recent college graduate and new IT consultant with a major IT Corporation. I am a 30 year career exectuive with the same corporation. My son commutes every week from Chicago to his client site, and until the holiday, used an average samsonite pullon which I bought in a rush for 99. when he was in college. Beacuse I have made several Tumi purchases over the years, I knew that a really good suitcase, which he lives out of, every week, would make his life easier, add to his professional look, and care for his new business wardrobe investment. While I bought the bag from your direct site, because I needed it shipped to Chicago for the family gift celebration, I need to acknowledge that is was actually your Neiman Marcus, Dallas salesman, who was very knowledgeable about tumi, and demonstrated the virtues of this particular new bag, which has an easy expansion capability, and they sold me on the benefits. My son was delighted with the gift, and remarks often how much he appreciates having REALLY nice luggage. He especially likes the simple 1 button popup pull handle feature. Keep up the quality, and attention to customer service and classic styling. It is worth the small price margin to the buyer who wants a bag that will really take a beating and survive in the "real world."
