I like the skirt black stockings would be good too

This skirt could go with a sweater shirt and flats, then add some neon things, like a bright yellow belt with bangles and dangle earings. Hair could be left down and curly, or up in a neat little bun (side or back either way, no pr. lea double bun though unless you intend to put chopstics in your hair).
