Who is Karen/Kag808? She’s a buxom beauty with virtually Barbie’s body stats. But she’s know 18 year old doll. She’s a 31 year old diva. The look in Karen’s eyes gives you the imagination of a panther. The eyes are very fierce and dark with desire. Her prowess is very exotic and out of this world. But physical beauty is not all that Karen/Kag808 is worth. This diva is an inspiration to all man kind. She’s a size 0 with a flat stomach most men and women would die for and yet she’s still striving for further greatness. I’m not sure what’s left to fix. But if she says so, then I say go for it. Karen seems to think that she’s inspired by others, but the real inspiration is her. She gets over 500 hits to her bodyspace profile/day and has had well over 180,000 total hits. As you read her profile you get an in depth look at her spirit and who she is as a person. Many people in her physical condition would probably be prancing around in concededness. Karen seems to be far from that. She seems to be very level headed. She says she stays motivated by looking at all the sexy hard bodies on this site (bodyspace.com) and imagining herself getting there one day. “I just know you all have worked so hard to get where you’re at- If I keep pushing, I’ll accomplish my goals!” Karen joined her first health club in February 2002, and has fell in love with the gym ever since. That’s dedication that’s worth bragging about. Karen really inspired me with her results-driven desire. She sees what she wants and is not stopping until she gets it. She has a very focused attitude and the willingness to help others. We could all gain some inspiration by this. Q 1: You have the body most would consider perfection. What makes you strive to get even better? A 1: My body is far from perfection, and that is why I strive to get even better. I look at other profiles and there are women with chiseled abs, defined shoulders, just an all over lean, sculpted physique and it drives me even harder to accomplish what some of these women have done. Q 2: What is the biggest impact weight-training and a healthy lifestyle has made in your life? A 2: An overall sense of well-being and increased confidence in myself Q 3: What is your favorite body part of yours? A 3: Calves. Only part of me that’s somewhat sculpted right now haha! Q 4: What do you think is the biggest mistake people make when approaching a new weight-training and dieting plan? A 4: Expecting that results come overnight, and they lose patience. When some people don’t see results as quickly as they would like, they quit. People need to know that it takes time to get to where you want to be regardless of how frustrating it gets. Q 5: Will you ever consider competing in a fitness show? A 5: I haven’t really put much thought into that but there is always a possibility. Q 6: How much time/week do you dedicate in the gym? A 6: I train 5 days a week, Monday-Friday Q 7: You mentioned in your bodyspace profile that you hit a plateau. How do you plan to break out of the plateau, and what would be your advice for other people in similar situations? A 7: I have since changed my routine and tweaked my diet a bit. This is what others have told me, to just keep introducing your body to new things and to not allow it to become accustomed to your training and diet. So far, the change in routine is going well and the carb cycling (3 days low, 1 day high) is helping out with that so I definitely would recommend it to other people. Q 8: Do you use any sports supplements and how do you feel about their effectiveness? A 8: I take AST Multi-Pro 32X Vitamins and love them. VPX Zero Carb Protein in Graham Cracker is a godsend, along with AST GL3 Glutamine. I feel like they definitely help out. I have a protein shake post workout with the glutamine and noticed a quicker recovery. Plus since I’m trying to get leaner, the protein having zero carbs and a lower calorie content than most protein powders, is great for that. No extra unwanted carbs and calories! Q 9: What defines you and makes you a unique individual? A 9: My willingness
