Please select your size primarly based on height. This is a loose fitting garnment and is baggy so you can comfortly curl up into a ball without it feeling tight. How do I care for my garnments? Turn the garnment inside-out and zip it up when machine washing in plenty of 40°C water using a slow cycle. Hang-dry or tumble dry with no heat. The garnment will shrink 10-15% after the first wash and become softer. How do I shrink the garnment further? Use the above instructions but substitute with hot wash cycle and hot dry cycle in the dryer.See less »
