FurBoots.net has the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. They made an error in billing my shipment (left off the Unit #) causing delay in the shipment from the 21st Dec unitl the 28th Dec. This was a gift for a CHILD! They did nothing to rectify their error... and their customer service completely LACKED "Customer" SERVICE!
