This is a rare Miami Hurricanes 1967 throwback uniform, including jersey, pants and helmet, worn by the 'Canes' in their game against the University of North Carolina on October 29th, 2005. The 'Canes' were victorious by the score of 34-16.This one of a kind college football uniform features a green jersey made by Nike. The jersey has a white Nike swoosh sewn onto the left shoulder. The numbers are white and are screened on. The sleeve cuffs are white and are made of an elastic material. There are spandex panels running down each side. The name on the back is screened on in white letters. The body of the jersey is made of the 'port-hole' type of mesh. The jersey is a size 44.The pants are gold, with a green Nike swoosh sewn onto the left side, just below the waist. Green and white spandex stripes run down each side. The pants include a white belt and gold laces. The pants are a size 28.The helmet is gold with a green stripe running down the center and is made by Schutt. Red and black hurricane flags adorn each side. The player number decal is affixed to the back of the helmet in black numbers, on the left side. An American flag decal is affixed to back on the right side. The facemask is gray. The helmet also comes with a white chin strap. The helmet is a size XXL.This particular uniform was worn by #85, Ryan Moore. Ryan, a junior wide receiver from Orlando, Florida, was Miami's starting split end in his redshirt freshman season of 2003. He went through an injury-marred sophomore season in 2004, missing six games, though he had a strong spring practice and has regained his starting role. Ryan is considered one of the Hurricanes' most consistent threats when healthy. For his career, has played in 21 career games, making 15 starts, with 54 receptions for 741 yards and five touchdowns. He has caught at least one pass in every game in which he has played. ryan is a rangy receiver with the build and athletic talents to be an excellent player. He was one of the nation's top recruits in the 2002 recruiting class. He was the first freshman to lead the team in receiving yards since Reggie Wayne in 1997.
