I would go for "Victoria secret" I'm so fond of that brand. They got good things from clothing to bags and so on. So if it were me i would love to have a gift card of "Victoria secret"

Need more info on the 20-something woman. Totally depends on her style and interests. I happen to love books and would be thrilled with a Barnes and Noble GC, as for clothes, check her closet and see what the majority of the brands are. =)
Personally, I would want a Target gift card.
