We were eating these out of the bowl as we were finishing the other things. Omg. So awesome. They could do the same thing to me that good deviled eggs do. ;) Don't beat them too hard. I think they're much better quite lumpy. I smashed the by hand. :)

I'm not big on just plain mashed potatoes. I like the kicked up a notch kind. :) Wasabi mashed potatoes sound yummy too.

Red Rock Brewing Company has wasabi mashed potatoes that are REALLY yummy too.

I crave mashed potatoes every now and again. Greg always laughs when I ask if we can go to KFC. He knows it's for their potatoes (yeah, I know they aren't fantastic, but I don't have the patience to make mashed potatoes at home when I'm craving them).

I made these over the weekend. Didn't have romano cheese though since it was a last minute thing, so I tried with Parm. They were totally freaking yummy! We were eating them out of the bowl while waiting for the other things to finish. I seriously put these at the top of my to make again really soon list. :) Just be careful to adjust your cooking time for the potatoes or you'll have mush. I doubt you'll be cooking 50lbs like the recipe calls for. :)

Yum is right. :) They caught my eye and immediately reminded me of the Garlic Smashed Potatoes you get at Applebee's. :)
