This one will draw attention to the dress itself and the print rather than the other with the poufy sleeves, which would draw the eye to the chest area.

It is hard to say since they are relatively similar. I am busty too and I think the one with the puffy sleeves will probably make your upper body look even bigger.

The other one looks like someone threw up cherries during a performance of "Oklahoma"

I think cap sleeves can be a little too farmer chic, especially if you're busty (I am too!)
