A famous study about Green Tea (Yale University in 2006), looked at the "Asian Paradox"; meaning that Asian's have lower heart disease & cancer rates, and less obesity problems despite heavy consumption of cigarettes. They concluded it must be the antioxidants found within green tea. Researchers now believe that green tea may be useful in delaying the onset of Alzheimer's disease. A British study found that drinking green tea inhibited three important brain-battering chemicals: acetylcholinesterase, butyrylcholinesterase, and beta-secretase - 3 chemicals associated with breaking down chemical messengers and forming plaques and protein deposits in the brain. Green tea is believed to be useful in weight loss as well. It induces a thermogenic effect which is helpful in burning fat. Widely available as a dietary supplement, green tea extract is often used as an ingredient in many diet pills, weight loss supplements, and appetite suppressants GreenTea500™ contains EGCG, Guarana, Vitrus Aurantium - Touted as the world's most powerful combination for rapid weight loss. I have not personally used GreenTea500, but I thought I'd put it here anyway... They offer a Free Trial bottle as well ($3.95 S&H) Click Here to get Additional Information on Green Tea 500
